In collaboration with International Architects Scott Brownrigg, each element has been refined to achieve an exceptional EPC rating of A(21) and target BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standard. It also plans to be the first Fitwel 2 star rated office building in Woking.

A pioneering eco building Lamron’s 30,000 sq ft Genesys Telecommunications UK HQ achieved a ’Very Good’ BREEAM standard, with over 50% renewable energy sources.

Ground works and infrastructure were installed for the next phase: ZONE, a 35,000 sq ft office building.

It is the greenest building in the south M25 region with an EPC of A and BREEAM Excellent rating providing high sustainability.
